The challenging Pfarrsteig is a 16.6 km hike, so approximately 17 km long, and connects Greimerath, Willwerscheid, and Hasborn. It combines the landscapes of the Volcanic Eifel with historic wayside shrines, wayside crosses, chapels, and open village churches, and is suitable as preparation for longer pilgrimages such as the Camino de Santiago. The Pfarrsteig runs through Willwerscheid, then follows a meadow path into the Hölzerbach Valley, passes the Neuglück copper mine, follows the Hölzerbach to the Sammetbach, and continues through the Sammetbach Valley.
