The Kaiserhalle is a domed hall for balls and theatre performances, featuring an unusual shell made of unreinforced lightweight concrete. It has been available for events since spring 2019.

The Brohltalbahn serves the Burgbrohl and Weiler railway stations. Signposted access paths to the Volcano and Panoramic Trail lead from both stations.
Burgbrohl is connected to the national road network via the B9 running along the Rhine, the A61 and the B412 running between the Rhine and the Eifel.
