Culture and History

The church of Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne houses paintings by the Dufour family, including works from 1636 and 1663. Guided tours are also offered for this church. Guided tours are also available in the Vieux Bourg.

The Bourg preserves vaulted entrances leading to old paved streets. The Round Tower is a surviving testament to the medieval fortifications of Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne.
