The departure station of the Vanoise Express is located in Plan-Peisey, in the municipality of Peisey-Nancroix, at an altitude of 1,612 metres. The Vanoise Express connects the Peisey-Vallandry/Les Arcs and La Plagne ski areas in the heart of Paradiski. Plan-Peisey is situated at an altitude of 1,650 metres, offers panoramic views and provides direct access to the ski slopes. The Vanoise Express also offers the VertiGO experience 380 metres above the ground.

Culture
The Notre-Dame des Vernettes Marian shrine was built in 1720 and is protected as a historical monument.

The Chemin des chapelles de Peisey leads to seven chapels and a mountain shrine. Each chapel has an information board and a quiz for children.

The Sentier de l'aigle starts at the Vanoise Express in Plan Peisey and leads to the Alpage des Esserts with its stone chalets. On the Sentier de l'aigle, you can hear the wild Nant Bénin torrent.
