Aveizieux: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

The N°1 mountain biking circuit, Promenade aux champs, starts in Aveizieux and partly passes through the Bois de Meycilleux. The N°2 mountain biking route, Par monts, vaux et forêts, requires good riding skills.

Culture

The Église Saint-Léger is a 19th-century neo-Gothic church. It has 14 figurative stained-glass windows, most of which were created between 1880 and 1890 by the Mauvernay workshop. The church also preserves two transept chapels; one of them dates from the 15th century, and the chapels support the 1667 bell tower.

The statue of Notre Dame de Bon Secours stands on the site of an older cross called Croix des Rameaux. It was commissioned by Abbé Ferrière de Saint Galmier to spread devotion to the Virgin Mary. Notre Dame de Bon Secours is open every day all year round.
