“Le Clay - Cochette par La Tête” is a 6 km moderately difficult hiking route starting in Saint-Eustache. It offers views of Saint-Jorioz, Sevrier and Annecy and includes some sections that may cause vertigo.

Culture and history

The church of Saint-Eustache is a new building constructed in 1864. Saint-Eustache commemorates the tragedy of 31 December 1943 every year.

The “Regards sur le patrimoine bâti” guided tour in Saint-Eustache focuses on the remains of a medieval tower and the small distinctive features of the village streets.

The pink town hall and school building of Saint-Eustache was built in 1880 and still houses the nursery school.

The Fromagerie de la Cochette is a cheese dairy and shop selling local products in the hamlet of Le Cruet in Saint-Eustache, and focuses on short regional supply chains.
