Culture and history

La Ferrouillat is a complex of three buildings. It includes an industrial building constructed in 1850, with seven round-arched windows on the southern façade. La Ferrouillat was a former spinning mill that employed up to 80 workers at its peak around 1880. From 1956 onwards, the complex was sold and converted into an agricultural operation.
The route known as the “Petit train du Picodon” follows the traces of the former railway line for 28 kilometres from Montélimar to Dieulefit and is accompanied by historical photographs. A photo exhibition is planned at the Chapelle Saint-Blaise during the European Heritage Days.

Hiking and scenery
The marked Bois de Lion et Jabron circular hiking trail is 10.53 kilometres long, moderately difficult, and starts and ends in Montboucher-sur-Jabron. The route leads through the Bois de Lion and then returns along the banks of the Jabron. Via Rue Zamenhof, it leads into the old town of Montboucher-sur-Jabron and onwards to Chemin du Château.
The mountain listed as Mont Serre Pelé is located in the area surrounding Montboucher-sur-Jabron. Peygrand, Montpourchier and Mont Rachas are located in the wider regional area.
Golf
Golf de la Valdaine is set in 76 hectares of green surroundings. The course is open to players of all skill levels and offers 18 holes with a par of 71. It is located 5 kilometres from Montélimar.
