The town’s buildings include the Église Notre-Dame de Viale. It was built on the foundations of a 13th-century building and became the parish church of Notre-Dame de l’Assomption in 1703. The Maison Renaissance is a listed monument in Bourdeaux. The Grand Temple is the largest temple in the département. The Ancien Temple de Bourdeaux is a Methodist chapel built in 1863–1864.

La Viale can be visited independently year-round; guided tours are available on request. The Grand Temple can also be visited independently year-round. The Ancien Temple de Bourdeaux can be viewed from the outside every day throughout the year.
Landscape and Trails
The Petit circuit protestant passes by two Protestant family cemeteries and offers views of Bourdeaux. The family-friendly Rando-quizz on the Huguenot Trail is a 5 km, two-hour activity; the map is available free of charge from the tourist office.
Events
For 64 years, the Fête du 15 Août has brought Bourdeaux’s medieval village legend back to life every summer, ending after nightfall with a torchlight procession, followed by the lighting of the ruins and the old quarter.
The Nouvelles du Conte festival, held in Bourdeaux and co-initiated by Dirart since 1989, features storytelling events and narrated walks.
