The Church of Saint Cyr in Relevant is considered a good example of the rural Romanesque churches in Ain. It has a rectangular nave that is wider than the chancel bay. The year 1631 is inscribed on the keystone of the chancel bay.

Parts of both Natura 2000 sites in La Dombes are located within the territory of Relevant: the A04 Special Area of Conservation and the ZPS24 Special Protection Area. These two sites cover 26.24% of Relevant’s territory. The northeastern Natura 2000 site in La Dombes includes the hamlet of La Moissonnière.

MPHD Forgeron Coutelier is a craft business specializing in knife making in Relevant. In its workshop, all knives are made entirely by hand as unique one-of-a-kind pieces.
