At the foot of Grambois, the conservation orchard preserves 91 traditional fruit varieties from the Luberon and Provence. Grambois village orchard also includes a restored former dovecote.

The Fontsausse spring feeds a fountain. Its basin is designed as a washhouse; an overflow basin then channels the water into a vegetable garden. A small path, created in 2012, leads down to the Fontvérane spring.

The Chemin du Gaou is a shady 3-kilometre walking route that showcases the biodiversity of the landscape and offers beautiful views of Grambois. The Passerelle André Bonnet metal footbridge is located along the Chemin du Gaou hiking trail. Culture

Notre-Dame de Beauvoir was probably founded in the second half of the 11th century as a Benedictine priory and was dependent on Saint-André de Villeneuve-lez-Avignon Abbey. In January 2001, Notre-Dame de Beauvoir was added to the supplementary inventory of historic monuments.

The fountain complex on Grambois village square was inaugurated in 1879. In 1989, Yves Robert filmed significant scenes from “La Gloire de mon Père” at the fountain complex; it is nicknamed “Fontaine des Bartavelles”.

The streets of the old village include restored calades and occasional stairways reminiscent of mule tracks, with channels for draining water and wastewater. Grambois’s Christmas nativity scene is displayed every year at Christmas. Its santons depict Grambois residents in traditional costumes typical of their professions.

History

The Château de Grambois is a former seigneurial residence dating from the 16th century and now houses the town hall. Grambois’s rampart dates from 1377 and forms the eastern front of the old village’s second fortification.

The circular route “Le petit tour du village” passes through the Porte de Fontvérane. The Passage des Templiers is a vaulted, covered passage reached via mule-track stairs; it has a twin-lancet window from the 14th century. The Perron cavalier is an unusually rare staircase structure and probably one of the last surviving constructions of its kind in Provence.

Restanques are dry-stone walls built without mortar, used to catch silt and create terraces for cultivation.

Les Côteaux de Grambois offers wine tastings and tours. The Cave des Côteaux de Grambois has a winemaking tradition dating back to 1924 in the Luberon.
