The Cathédrale Souterraine has been protected as a historic monument since 2003 and covers more than 500 m². In July and August, it hosts the classical music festival “Les Concerts en Voûtes” on Wednesdays.

Culture
The historic architecture includes the Chapelle Saint-Étienne, built in the 17th century. The Château et Parc de Saint Martin was also built in the 13th century, extensively remodelled over several periods, and has a square layout with a tower at each corner. The Château et Parc de Saint Martin can be visited by prior reservation.
Hiking Trails
The Chemin des Crêtes is an easy hike that is 7 km long and takes 2 hours and 15 minutes. The route climbs through woodland and, on the way back to the village, passes an old threshing floor for grain.
The “Les sens du paysage” hiking trail starts at the car park below the Bistrot de Pays on the D470 in Saint-Martin-de-Pallières and is 19 km long. It leads to the Chapelle Saint-Étienne. From the oratory at the Chapelle Saint-Étienne, there is a viewpoint overlooking the village and the Château de Saint Martin.
“Les sens du paysage” also leads to the former Nice–Meyrargues railway line. This runs from Rians to Fox-Amphoux through Provence Verdon and is being developed into EuroVelo 8, the Mediterranean cycle route.
Townscape
The narrow lanes of Saint-Martin-de-Pallières, lined with high stone walls, lead to more spacious squares shaded by plane trees.
Culinary Delights
La Ferme des Jovents traditionally produces cheese and farm ice cream on site.
