Saliers: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Marais de Saliers is one of the most important areas in the Grande Camargue featuring marshes and freshwater or brackish lagoons. Culture

The Église Saint-Pierre de Saliers was built on the site of a former chapel that probably dates back to the 12th century. At the end of the 1930s, the church was completely renovated after the building had been at risk of collapsing around 1930.

Manade Saliérène offers guided tours by trailer, showcasing Provençal bullfighting traditions and the keeping of cattle and horses. Manade Saliérène also offers horseback rides through the landscapes of the Camargue between marshes and lagoons. Le marais d'Albaron à Saliers is a 20-kilometre circular route that begins at the primary school in Albaron. The route is designated for walking as well as for journeys by VTC, VTT and car, and is also a discovery trail in the Camargue Regional Nature Park.
