The sixth stage of La Routo starts in Éguilles and leads 11 km to Aix-en-Provence. It runs through pine forests, olive groves and vineyards, as well as along former transhumance routes, and reveals preserved evidence of a bygone agricultural way of life. The panoramic views along the route include the Montagne Sainte-Victoire, the Massif de l'Étoile and the Luberon.

The Domaine de Saint Martin encompasses an 11th-century medieval chapel as well as forests of pine trees, oak trees and olive trees. Discovery trails lead to several bories.

The Moulin à Olives d'Éguilles offers guided tours and free olive oil tastings from Monday to Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Visitors can taste olive oils there and exchange views about the work of the olive grower.
Le Cellier d'Eguilles was founded in 1923 by winegrowers under the chairmanship of Lucien Fauchier. The Domaine de Camaïssette covers 23 hectares of vineyards, all of which are classified as AOC Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence.
