The Church of Saint Vincent was built in the Romanesque style in the 12th century. It houses a wooden Christ dating from the 17th century, as well as a statue of Saint Vincent from the 15th century.

Culture
Outside the church stands the statue Pregnant Virgin. It was erected in 1865 and is one of the rare depictions of the pregnant Virgin Mary in France; there are eleven such depictions in France. The village belfry, also known as the Tour de l’horloge, was built in 1852. The bronze sculpture Ikaria was donated to Cornillon-Confoux by Igor Mitoraj in 2007.
The Chapel of Saint Vincent is a Romanesque chapel; it was built in the 11th century by the monks of Montmajour. The L’Oppidum cultural centre offers exhibitions, performances, as well as educational and sporting activities. It has a fully flexible hall and an exhibition foyer.
History
Nine sarcophagi were discovered at the Saint Vincent necropolis in 1964, followed by a further 18 in 1971. The Roman tomb associated with the Saint Vincent necropolis is classified as a historic monument.
The longest bee wall, or apier, in Cornillon-Confoux has 56 niches over a length of 60 metres and is described as the second-longest bee wall in France. Around fifty dry-stone bories have been recorded in Cornillon-Confoux; in the past, they served as resting and sheltering places for shepherds.
The Château de Confoux is a former fortress that was probably built in the 13th century. The Château du Lys was built in the 17th century at the south-eastern foot of the rocky spur; pottery shards from the Gallo-Roman period attest to the existence of an archaeological site there. The Château du Lys is privately owned and cannot be visited.
Nature
Two orientation tables on the Baou offer views of the Touloubre Valley, the Luberon, Mont Ventoux, the Pays Salonnais and the Trévaresse range.
The Jardin extraordinaire invites visitors to experience Mediterranean plant species. The community garden Jardin partagé is a communal place where the fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs grown there can be tended and harvested. The Jardin partagé has shaded areas for picnics.
Hiking
The Parcours des bories hiking trail is an eleven-kilometre circular route that can be shortened at several points. The Entre eau et pierres hiking trail is 15.9 kilometres long. The Entre eau et pierres circular route partly follows the Touloubre and leads to châteaux and washhouses.
Cornillon-Confoux is easily accessible via the A54 and A7 motorways.
