Saint-Martin-du-Var consists of a succession of wooded hills crossed by valleys. The Récastron Valley cuts through these wooded hills. Walks on the slopes offer views of the meeting point of the Var and Estéron rivers, between waterways and open landscapes.

The Parc Naturel Départemental des Rives du Var includes Saint-Martin-du-Var as one of its municipalities. The park is open to visitors daily from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from 1 April to 31 October, and daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from 1 November to 31 March.
Culture and History
The Church of Saint-Roch and its 17th-century paintings are among the attractions of Saint-Martin-du-Var. The old village is listed as a site of interest. The town’s two large squares date from the 18th and 19th centuries, respectively.
The Notre-Dame del Bosc Chapel is located in the hills above Saint-Martin-du-Var. It was built in a simple Romanesque style. Since 27 April 2018, the façade of the town hall has featured a version of the « cavalier » plan made from ceramic mosaic and focused on the village centre.
Cycling Route and Local History
The Circuit de la Roquette is a mountain biking route that begins in Saint-Martin-du-Var at an altitude of 110 metres. As part of the 2017 Heritage Days, ten old views of the village were installed in Saint-Martin-du-Var as postcard reproductions from the beginning of the last century, mounted on enamelled lava slabs on façades. This created a historical tour for visitors around the Place de l’Église and the Place Maiffredi.
