Trails lead directly from Capitou into the mimosa forest. The La Vernède walk offers botanical discoveries and spectacular views of the Mediterranean. EuroVelo 8 crosses Mandelieu-La-Napoule and offers opportunities for cycle tourism.
The GR 51 is known as the “Itinéraire du triangle du soleil” and runs from Menton to Marseille. The GR 653 A is known as the “Way of St. James” and runs from Arles to Rome.
Food and Leisure
Domaine de Barbossi offers a guided tour through its vineyard, olive grove, cellar, and winery. The tour ends with a commentary-guided tasting of wines in three colors, AOP olive oil, and honey from the estate. Riviera Golf de Barbossi has an 18-hole course and a training center.
