The Notre Dame de la Consolation Church is integrated into Cuébris’s medieval defensive system. It features a Romanesque apse, a Gothic chapel, a Baroque vault, and a four-sided Neo-Gothic bell tower dating from the 19th century. It is also part of the circular route of the Romanesque churches in the Préalpes d’Azur Regional Nature Park and the Itinéra Romanica heritage route.

The Château de Cuébris was built in 1320 on a very steep rocky promontory against which the village is built. In June 1704, it was besieged during the War of the Spanish Succession. The entrance facing the village was preceded by a drawbridge.

The Forge Isnard is built of stone and cement; its forge hearth, built of bricks and cement, was restored in 1929. Between 1896 and 1916, the crafts of blacksmithing and toolmaking were practiced there. Since September 2019, the Forge Isnard has been open to the public.

Nature

A hike to the Riou de Cuébris leads to a 30-metre-high waterfall and numerous natural pools. The period from April to November is considered the recommended time for hiking in Cuébris.

Hiking

The Bau de l’Arc hiking route starts and ends at the Jardin public de la Croix in Cuébris. Its average duration is 4 hours, and the positive elevation gain is 630 m.

The fourth stage of the Cuébris–Sigale–Roquesteron–Grasse circular route is the longest stage of this circuit. It runs like a balcony above the Estéron and crosses the Sauma Longa ridges.
