Culture
The Saint-Sébastien Chapel was built in the mid-16th century below the castle’s surrounding wall and served for a long time as the headquarters of the White Penitents. Around 1500, the Sainte-Marguerite Chapel was built as Cabris’s first parish church. Its altar is crowned by an altarpiece that was classified as a work of art on 3 April 1883.
The Saint-Jean-Baptiste Chapel is a very rare octagonal building; it was probably built on the site and in the form of a Roman mausoleum.
