The former village of Redortiers, situated on a ridge, was abandoned at the beginning of the 20th century and inspired Jean Giono. The ruins of Redortiers are dominated by a Romanesque keep, probably built in the 12th century. The ruins of the Jas des Agneaux were used as a filming location for Jean Giono’s film Crésus. Access to the ruins of the former village of Redortiers is prohibited because of the danger.
