Landscape and Trails
The Chemin des Évêques et Pont Romain route runs through the Luberon Regional Nature Park, a protected natural area. It begins and ends at the visitor car park opposite the cemetery.

Culture and History
The Pont Romain is a single-arch bridge on the Via Domitia. It was built between AD 121 and 145, at the beginning of the 2nd century, and was classified as a historic monument on 1 October 1963.
The clock tower of Lurs is crowned by a wrought-iron campanile and houses the oldest bell in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence département; it dates from 1599. The church of Lurs has origins dating back to the 9th century, an ornately designed portal and a comb-shaped bell tower with three bells.
The Chapelle Notre-Dame des Anges in Lurs was built in the 12th century and stands on the ruins of the Roman station of Alaunium. It is freely accessible. The original Chapelle Notre-Dame de Vie was built in 1552 and rebuilt in 1662.
Cultural Life
Every year at the end of August, Lurs hosts the Rencontres Internationales de Lure. They are dedicated to typography as well as literary, visual and digital forms. The Rencontres de Lure bring together type designers, graphic designers, publishers, printers, writers, educators and researchers.
