Limans: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Culture and History
The site of Ybourgues developed into a village around the 12th century, with a church, castle and Benedictine monastery. In Limans itself stands an isolated round tower from the 13th century; it is the only still-visible part of Limans Castle.
The present-day church of Limans dates from the end of the 16th century. The former communal threshing floor of Limans has a surface with paved strips.
Nature
Limans is part of the “Vachères” Natura 2000 site. The Tour du Pâty runs through the Luberon Regional Nature Park, a protected natural area.
The square in Limans offers panoramic views towards Montagne de Lure. Limans overlooks the Laye Valley.

The Tour du Pâty begins and ends in front of the Bistrot de pays in Limans. It is a 7 km hike with a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes and an elevation gain of 320 metres. The trail markings are initially red and white, followed by yellow.
The hiking route “Des pigeonniers de Limans au hameau des Ybourgues” is 6 km long, takes 2 hours 30 minutes and has an elevation gain of 338 metres.
