A prominent landmark is the Château d'Alogny: it stands on the slope of a hill above the Creuse and consists of two connected sections of the building. The northern section was probably built at the end of the 15th or beginning of the 16th century on the foundations of an older building. A polygonal tower provides access via a spiral staircase to the castle's four levels.
The tower and northern rooms of the Château d'Alogny contain drawings that were engraved at an unspecified time. They mainly depict women in ceremonial dress, as well as the château and a horse-drawn carriage, and are reminiscent of the 16th century and the Renaissance.
