The Chapelle de l’Image has been restored several times, most recently in 2010–2011. The Maison du patrimoine is open to visitors in July and August from Tuesday to Sunday, from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and on Sundays in September. In 2016, seven panels were installed in the centre of Lesterps highlighting selected features of the municipality. The Jardin des Justes was completed in 2019.

On the Sentier de Saint-Quentin is the washhouse formerly used by the villagers, “la rabine”; it has been cleaned so that the stone washing edges are visible again. The “grand chemin” of the Sentier de la Cuirasse d’Or follows the former Roman road from Chassenon to Poitiers.
