At the heart of the municipality of Siecq stands the Église Saint-Julien de Siecq, the municipality’s most important historical and religious monument. The oldest parts may date back to the 12th century, particularly the lower part of the façade. The bell tower was rebuilt between 1876 and 1878.

The Église Saint-Julien de Siecq houses an 18th-century painting depicting the Resurrection of Christ. The painting of the Resurrection of Christ has been classified as a historical monument since 1994.
The Motte féodale de Siecq is located at Bois de la Motte, on the road from Siecq to Breuil Bâtard. It is an oval earthwork approximately five metres high, isolated by a ditch. Today, the Motte féodale de Siecq serves as a venue for re-enactments of battles and depictions of everyday life in the feudal era for school groups and heritage classes.

Viticulture and the Cognac culture have long been of great importance to Siecq’s economy. Although Cognac production in Siecq has declined significantly over the past few decades, wine-growing traditions remain rooted in the landscape of Siecq. Siecq is located in the Fins Bois Cognac-growing area, one of the six Cognac-growing areas.

The ZNIEFF Vallée de l’Antenne type 2 covers less than 1% of the area of the municipality of Siecq. Along 2.62 km in Siecq, the La Soloire is classified as a List 1 watercourse; the construction of new facilities that obstruct ecological continuity is prohibited there.
