Culture and history

The rotunda of the lighthouse houses the Musée du Phare de Chassiron, which is dedicated to life on the coast between land and sea. Les jardins du Phare de Chassiron comprise four ponds, a contemporary garden and a traditional garden with 21 varieties of roses, a vegetable garden and grapevines. The gardens were created in 2007, bear the “Jardin Remarquable” label and are free to access.
