Culture and history
The Église Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens in Néré provides the historical introduction. It dates from the 12th century and was added to the supplementary inventory of historic monuments on 18 February 1925. Its layout follows that of a Latin cross, with a nave, choir and transept. The bell of the Église Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens dates from 1677.
