Culture
Agnetz is home to the Church of Saint-Léger, which has been protected as a historic monument since 1850. Its construction was completed in several phases between the 13th and 16th centuries; it also preserves a baptismal font from the 13th century.
The former Saint-Rémy-l'Abbaye priory is part of the historic heritage of Ronquerolles. It is now a private property; a chapel and a portal from the historic complex have been preserved and are protected as historic monuments.
Nature
The Agnetz area includes 38 hectares of the 2,796-hectare Hez-Froidmont state forest. In Agnetz’s landscape, the forest is a recreational area for people who enjoy sports, walkers and gatherers.
Activities
In 2019, an orienteering course with forty wooden control points was created in the town hall park forest. It offers three courses in green, blue and red, with increasing levels of difficulty. Orienteering maps are available at the town hall reception desk during opening hours or can be downloaded from the relevant municipal website.
Les Chevaux d’Agnetz organizes an endurance horse ride of up to 60 kilometers every year, offers horseback excursions in the forest and provides introductory pony activities.
Renting a holiday apartment in Agnetz can be part of your personal stay planning.
