Culture and history

The Church of Saint Mathurin was completed in 1905. Its bell tower is 36 metres high, and two 18-square-metre stained-glass windows illuminate the transept. The church is open all year round.

The Cheveteliere archaeological site lies at the confluence of two streams, including the Vertonne. It comprises a fortified complex with ditches and two adjacent enclosed areas, whose origins date back to the first half of the 3rd millennium.

Festivals

The Fête des Moissons harvest festival takes place every year on the last weekend of July. Traditional threshing activities are demonstrated, and the festival also includes a parade of vintage cars and old tractors.
