The orienteering course is accessible to families, tourists, hikers and athletes. The route points to the coat of arms of Puy du Fou at the church of Saint-Malô-du-Bois and leads to Croix Marty. It was erected in 1768 by François Marty, a resident of the hamlet of La Ménie. During the Vendée uprising, Marty was too old to join the Vendée armies.

Cycling

The Saint-Malô-du-Bois–Rochard cycle path begins in this valley, initially runs along the river, and then continues via village roads to Saint-Laurent-sur-Sèvre. There, it crosses the Sèvre and continues to follow it as far as Rochard.
