Culture and history

The Moulin de la Pichonnière in Maillé was restored in 2007. As part of the restoration, it was given back its roof, sails and mechanism.

The Aqueduc de Maillé consists of two aqueducts through which branches of the river are carried across the canal without mixing with its water.

The Église Notre Dame de l'Assomption was built at the beginning of the 12th century. Only the portal remains as evidence of its Romanesque origins.
