Le Bernard: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
Culture and History
The Église Saint-Martin du Bernard contains five Baroque altarpieces classified as historical monuments. The same church is home to a 13th-century statue of the Virgin of Breuil; the Église Saint-Martin du Bernard was built in the 12th century.
Traces of the past are also present outside the church: the remains of the Tumulus du Pey de Fontaine are part of the prehistoric landscape of Le Bernard. The first menhir of the megalithic complex of Le Bernard fell in 1977 and was subsequently re-erected.
Those who choose Le Bernard as a travel destination may want to rent a holiday apartment there.
