History and culture

Historically, Bazoges was a castellany under the Marquisate of Montaigu. The present-day church of Bazoges-en-Paillers was built in 1905. La Templerie is known for its dolmens and menhirs. The Petit Musée has seasonal Sunday opening hours in July and August from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
