The Château du Vieux-Lavardin is a fortified complex dating back to the 12th century, with three successive motte-and-bailey mounds and a polygonal curtain wall. It was built in the 12th or 13th century and rebuilt in the 1470s. Together with the curtain walls, mottes, ditches and countervallations, the château is listed as a historic monument.

Culture

The listed features of the Manoir de la Corbinière include the façades, roofs and two fireplaces of the main building. The Church of Saint Peter lies in the heart of the village and belonged to La Couture Abbey as early as 1085. It houses a 14th-century baptismal font, which is protected as a listed movable object.
