Beaumont-Pied-De-Boeuf: Holiday Apartments and Houses
Beaumont-Pied-de-Bœuf preserves striking evidence of its history. One of the two original towers of the Château de Beaumont-Pied-de-Bœuf has survived; at least in part, it can be dated to the second half of the 15th century. The surviving castle tower is round, built of dressed stone, and has three openings, two of them with mullions.
Culture
The Église Notre-Dame was fully listed as a historic monument on 1 July 2015, including the high altar, retable, and sacristy. The Manoir de la Faverie has also been listed as a historic monument since 6 January 1926. The estate was a fief dependent on the lordship of Beaumont-Pied-de-Bœuf and is mentioned as a farm in 1407. The first manor house at La Faverie was built in the second half of the 15th century or at the beginning of the 16th century.

The municipal area of Beaumont-Pied-de-Bœuf includes 489 hectares of the Forêt domaniale de Bercé, equivalent to 20% of the municipality’s area.
