Nature
The Jouanne flows through Montsûrs, taking the Deux-Evailles stream as its main tributary before winding between the valleys of Saint-Cénéré. At the Arboretum de Montsûrs, a signposted path runs along the Jouanne.
The signposted Arboretum hiking trail No. 46 is 4.9 km long. The Arboretum de Montsûrs is accessible free of charge all year round.

Culture and History
The Tour Pigeonnier is a preserved remnant of the former castle of Montsûrs. The former Saint-Martin Church was abandoned in 1855; its preserved choir contains a wooden altarpiece from 1722, created by Le Bourdais.
The Saint-Martin Chapel in Montsûrs is a Romanesque building from the 10th century. Its high altar, tabernacle and altarpiece are classified as historic monuments.
The Church of the Three Marys in Montsûrs was built from 1855 to 1859 on the site of an earlier chapel dedicated to the Three Marys – Mary Magdalene, Mary of Clopas and Mary Salome. The church is a Neo-Romanesque building made of limestone and granite rubble masonry. Its furnishings include, among other things, stained-glass windows from the workshop of François Fialeix, which are protected as historic objects.
Montsûrs is also home to the restored Gué des Barres washhouse. The Tour Renaise is a preserved building in Montsûrs.
Local Life
The LOCAL AND ORGANIC PRODUCERS' MARKET takes place every Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. from October to May at the Halles de la Jouanne, the former Proxi. From June to the end of September, it is held on the banks of the La Jouanne near the municipal campsite in Montsûrs.
Various local producers are represented at the LOCAL AND ORGANIC PRODUCERS' MARKET in Montsûrs, offering cheese, meat, beer, apple juice, coffee, honey, vegetables, flowers and preserves.
