Torcy-Le-Grand: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
On the banks of the Varenne, the château of Torcy-le-Grand was built as early as the 12th century. Today, only a few towers and sections of the walls remain, after the site was destroyed by the English in 1472. Around the castle ruins and along the Varenne lies the Verger conservatoire, featuring a landscaped discovery trail and numerous apple varieties. The grounds are also complemented by a fitness trail.
The Verger conservatoire can be visited free of charge at any time as part of an independent, self-guided visit. When planning a trip to Torcy-le-Grand, you may wish to make renting a holiday apartment your priority.
