In Saint-Aubin Church, the altar and reredos date from the 18th century. The altar has a curved front, while the reredos features side wings, a curved pediment and finials. The baptismal font dates from the 16th century. It is located in the south-western part of the nave and is an octagonal basin made of hewn stone.

The church's architectural details are also diverse: a Gothic window is located on its south side, while the north side has four small windows, two of which resemble loopholes. The apse has a half-dome. The nave retains enclosed oak pews and a shingle vault with preserved tie rods and posts.

Abbé Frédéric Gobelet is closely associated with the history of the village; he served Saint-Aubin-des-Grois from 1898 to 1929. The Calvary in the village centre, the church cross and five crosses commemorating the First World War are attributed to him. Saint-Aubin Church is dedicated to Saint Aubin, the Bishop of Angers.
