The Manoir des Rosiers appears to have been built in the first quarter of the 16th century for the brothers Simon and Michel Quélin. The interior was redesigned in the second half of the 17th century; a painted fresco was created on the chimney, bearing, among other things, the coat of arms of Jacques-François du Pasty.
The Manoir des Rosiers comprises a main building with three levels and an externally attached octagonal tower with a limestone spiral staircase.
