Culture and history

The Notre-Dame de Lonlay Abbey is classified as a historic monument and preserves a large part of its Romanesque and Gothic architecture. The Benedictine Abbey of Lonlay-l'Abbaye was founded in the 11th century by Guillaume Ier de Bellême.
