The Coteau des Champs Genêts is a limestone slope typical of the Pays d’Auge. Designated as a “Sensitive Natural Area of the Orne departments”, it offers views over the valley and is home to rare species such as the cross gentian, frog orchid, swallow-wort, Adonis blue, small pearl-bordered fritillary and moth grasshopper.

Nature
The Coteau des Champs Genêts can be visited free of charge and without a guide from the beginning of April to the end of September. Access is via the car park at the church in Aubry-le-Panthou.
Culture and history
The present-day Église Saint-Germain-l'Auxerrois was built between 1732 and 1736 and consecrated in 1738. It consists of a bell-tower entrance, a nave and choir under a shared roof ridge, and a sacristy at the polygonal apse. Its altarpiece includes three paintings by Léon Olivié from 1862.
The former church of Les Moutiers stood next to a priory dependent on the Abbey of Saint-Evroult-Notre-Dame-du-Bois. Also located in Aubry-le-Panthou is Vajradhara Ling, a centre for the study and practice of Tibetan Buddhism on the Domaine du Château d'Osmont. The second Château d'Osmond is an imposing building in the Louis-Philippe style and overlooks the valley.
Hiking and sightseeing
Le Chemin des Sages is a six-kilometre circular hiking route that begins at the church in Aubry-le-Panthou. The route is considered a moderately difficult hike lasting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
