The Église Saint-Pierre of Saint-Pierre-d’Arthéglise dates from the 12th to the 14th century and was remodelled in the 19th century.
Nature
There are still four dairy farms in the municipality of Saint-Pierre-d’Arthéglise, helping to preserve the bocage hedgerows and pastures. Rural paths and “caches” run through Saint-Pierre-d’Arthéglise, offering unique views of the Côte des Isles to the south and the Bocage valognais to the north.

The Fontaine Saint-Ortaire in the locality of Les Fontaines features a statue of the saint beneath a shelter. The Statue de la Vierge Marie in the centre of Saint-Pierre-d’Arthéglise was erected in 1944 after the liberation. The Chapelle Notre-Dame de Boulogne was founded around 1947 by Father Armand Bihel.
Gardens and Circular Trails
Les Jardins de la Maubrairie are open to the public on certain days in 2026. The visits are unguided; however, Stéphane is present in the garden to chat with visitors.
The “Les pierres de nos campagnes” circular trail in Saint-Pierre-d’Arthéglise leads to rural heritage sites such as washhouses, wells, covered structures, stone houses and heathlands.
