The Notre-Dame Church contains two noteworthy statues. The statue of the Virgin and Child is made of painted plaster and bears the inscription “N-D du Mont-Carmel” on its pedestal. It dates from the first half of the 19th century and was listed as a protected object in 1986. The statue of Saint Eloi is also made of painted plaster; its pedestal bears the inscription “St. Eloi”. It likewise dates from the first half of the 19th century and was listed as a protected object in 1986.
Activities and Sightseeing
The riding route Circuit du moulin de la Fosse begins in Le Mesnil-Amey. It is designated as an easy 21-kilometre riding route.
A visit featuring a presentation of the village church was announced in Le Mesnil-Amey for 22 March. The programme for this announced visit included an external viewing of the Château du Mesnil-Amey.
