Graulhet showcases leather craftsmanship at several specific locations. The Maison des Métiers du Cuir is located in a former tannery on the banks of the Dadou and is dedicated to the trades involved in leather production. A visit there demonstrates the individual steps involved in transforming an animal hide into leather. ATELIERS FOURES offers an immersive tour of the leather goods workshop, where visitors can follow the production of a leather product step by step and observe the craftspeople and their machines. At the Darius Fabre showroom, visitors can gain insights into leather in different colours, textures, densities and grain patterns. The liO bus routes 704 (Gaillac–Castres), 705 (Albi–Lavaur) and 756 (Graulhet–Lavaur) serve the “Gare routière” stop, which is 300 metres from the Maison des Métiers du Cuir.

Rue Panessac is a narrow medieval street whose buildings are mostly half-timbered houses. The Hostellerie du Lion d’Or is a listed half-timbered building. The “Old Bridge” is a listed structure built in 1244.
