The Chemin de la Gaugne runs through Fréjairolles. Classified as easy, the hiking trail is 10 km long and takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

The trail passes through undergrowth, incised valleys, panoramic plateaus, and meadow and cultivated landscapes.
There is parking for this trail in front of the multi-purpose hall; behind the hall, toilets, a water point, and picnic tables are available.

Culture
La Forge d’Antonin, Ernest, Adrien Maynadier preserves an anvil, a forge, and a trip hammer made by the Maynadier brothers. It was formerly used to manufacture and repair agricultural tools, including hoes, mattocks, ploughshares, harrow teeth, and horseshoes for horses and oxen. Today, it houses a community workshop where people continue to work with the earth.
In 2006, a complete inventory of 227 movable objects was compiled in the Notre-Dame du Taur church. Its baptistery became a treasure room in 2009 and is electronically secured. In the church, four paintings by Jacques Pauthe from 1845, each measuring approximately 220 × 330 cm, form a cycle on the life of the Virgin Mary; they include “La présentation de la Vierge au temple”, “L’annonciation”, and “La visitation”.
The church of Fréjairolles was opened during the Journées du patrimoine on the two previous occasions; visitors were able to discover paintings by Gaillard Lala and sculptures by Laclau.
Local
From 27 April 2021, the Tuesday market was held on the village square in Fréjairolles. The market announced from 27 April 2021 offered local honey, vegetables, and cheese. It was supplemented by specialities from Réunion Island, including nems, samoussas, bouchons, rougail saucisses, sauté de porc aux champignons parfumés, and cari canard.
