Landscape
Roquecor is situated on a rocky promontory at an altitude of 220 metres, overlooking the Petite Séoune valley. The village is part of the Quercy Blanc, a region characterised by gentle terrain, green hills and valleys.

Culture
Roquecor was built around the 13th-century castles of Château de Roquecor and Couyssels. Today, an elegant tower is all that remains of the former Château de Roquecor.
Trails
A circular trail along Roquecor’s medieval remains and rampart walk begins at the Salle des Fêtes and leads to the troglodytic site of Lou Roc des Nobis. This site lies below the cliffs of Roquecor and can be reached via a landscaped path lined with vegetation. The path to Lou Roc des Nobis also begins below the former fortified town gate of Roquecor.
The Molinié–Boyer circular trail leads from the hilltop village of Roquecor along hilly paths to the hamlet of Molinié and on to Boyer. The PR 2 Labarde–Le Mas trail is 13.2 km long.
