History and Culture
Today’s Château de Lolmie probably dates back to the 16th century. It consists of two square towers, which were later connected by a covered gallery. Château de Lolmie is privately owned, cannot be visited, and can be viewed from the outside.
The wider surrounding area of Saint-Laurent-Lolmie is home to the historic sites of Abbaye de la Garde-Dieu, Abbaye Saint-Pierre de Moissac and Abbaye de Saint-Marcel. The Chapelle de Lapeyrouse is also located in the wider surrounding area.
