The Jardin de la Source is a five-hectare ecological garden in Thermes-Magnoac. It includes ponds, centuries-old oak trees, a scent trail, fruit trees and a chestnut grove. The garden can be visited by prior appointment.

The Église Saint-Barthélemy is a Gothic church dating from the 16th century. It has a flat-ended chancel, a three-bay nave and keystones decorated with coats of arms.
The Maison du Patrimoine is located at the edge of the church and its Calvary. Opposite the church, the remaining stones of the former castle have been incorporated into the Maison du Patrimoine.
L’Esprit d’Elisa offers French, fusion, Asian and international cuisine and, depending on the season, favours organic and local produce.
The historic site of Abbaye de la Bénisson-Dieu is located near Thermes-Magnoac. The wider surrounding region is home to Château de Loubersan, a castle, Abbaye Notre-Dame de Berdoues, a monastery, and the historic site of Abbaye de Bonnefont en Comminges.
The Chapelle Saint-Roch is located on the edge of the village; it has a rest area.
