Nature

The official “Autour du Castet” hiking loop leads to the Croix de Bettes road junction before turning onto an uphill unpaved path. The “La Hourquette d'Ancizan par les Baronnies” cycling route also passes through Bettes.

Culture

Escaladieu, a Cistercian abbey in France, is a historic site in the vicinity of Bettes.

In the wider surrounding region are the Musée Massey, a museum, Château Fort, a castle, and Cloitre du jardin Massey, a historic site.

A visit to the church of Bettes was scheduled as part of an annual gathering with architects specializing in French buildings and cultural heritage. The church of Bettes is one of the churches in the Baronnies that have been restored.
