At the foot of Pellefigue lies Lac de la Marcaoue, a reservoir used for irrigation. Fishing there is subject to clear regulations: fishing is prohibited from the dam; when fishing from a boat, a maximum of two fishing rods per angler is permitted.

Culture and History
The Église Saint-Antoine in Pellefigue preserves a 14th-century entrance portal that survived the Huguenot destruction of 1570. Its tower was fitted with a spire in 1870. Behind the altar is a painting of the Crucifixion with the Virgin Mary and Saint Anthony, signed by Lagarde and dating from 1809; it is included in the inventory of historic monuments. Historically, Pellefigue was dependent on the Abbey of Simorre.
Hiking
The Coteaux et Vallée de l’Esquinson hiking trail passes through Pellefigue. The trail is 17 kilometres long, takes five hours and has a moderate difficulty level.
Surroundings
The ancient site of Galane - Lombez, the historic site of Abbaye Sainte-Marie de Boulaur and the historic site of Le Prieuré des Bernardines are located near Pellefigue. The hill of le Plèche is also in the surrounding area. In the wider regional area around Pellefigue are the historic site of Abbaye Notre-Dame Gimont and the Grottes de Lespugue caves.
