Culture

The Arènes de Nogaro, built in 1929, are typical of Course Landaise, a Gascon sport in which men face a cow using evasive manoeuvres and leaps.

The Collégiale Saint-Nicolas was consecrated in 1060 and is classified as a historic monument. The murals in its northern apsidiole depict part of the martyrdom of Saint Lawrence in eight successive scenes and show the oldest depiction of pilgrims.

Motorsport

The Circuit Paul Armagnac has a driving school operating year-round. It offers driving courses as well as individual or corporate driving experiences in vehicles ranging from the Clio RS to the Porsche GT3.

The Circuit Paul Armagnac hosts car and motorcycle club days, allowing motorsport enthusiasts to practise their sport under safe conditions. The track is used on almost 300 days a year.

Food and Drink

Les Hauts de Montrouge offers tours of its facilities. The individual stages of production are explained, from receiving the grapes and making the wine to distilling and ageing the Armagnacs.
